Job summary

Cornerstone Residential is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team across an apartment community. You will supervise daily maintenance tasks, coordinate service requests, and ensure safety, quality, and budget compliance to maintain top condition of the property.

The role requires 2+ years in residential maintenance with supervisory experience, and knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and energy management systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ general residential maintenance experience.
• Minimum 2-3 years' supervisory experience.
• LIHTC Experience.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and energy management systems.
• Certifications/licenses as required by local, state, or other regulations.
• Must have reliable transportation, maintain auto insurance, and have a valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work on-call as scheduled and work weekends and after hours as necessary.

• Supervise and schedule maintenance activities for the property and maintenance staff.
• Coordinate service requests and respond to issues.
• Manage budget and order supplies.
• Develop and mentor maintenance team; ensure safety training.
