Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of grounds and maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• General maintenance knowledge and repair skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying seasons.
• Plumbing, electrical, and grounds maintenance knowledge.
• Proficiency with hand tools and power equipment.
• Ability to produce legible written reports.
• Capable of independent or team work.
• On-call availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Handles project bids and coordinates with contractors.
• Supervises contracts with the Community Manager.
• Manages maintenance staff on daily tasks.
• Maintains curb appeal and neat community presentation.
• Manages lawn care and seasonal groundskeeping.
• Ensures daily trash/debris removal in common areas.
• Oversees repairs in rental homes and facilities.
• Cleans clubhouse, offices, restrooms, and maintenance barn.
• Inspects playgrounds, pools, and amenities.
• Responds to community needs, including after-hours calls.
