Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Proficiency in customer service and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively for management support.
• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi, RealPage preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assists and completes work orders from resident requests and routine upkeep.
• Oversees make-ready of vacant units and schedules vendors as needed.
• Maintains grounds, exteriors, and common areas to Greystar standards.
• Inspects work and enforces safety and quality policies.
• Prepares budget input for repairs and maintenance projects.
• Participates in safety meetings and ensures OSHA compliance.
• Provides excellent resident service and communicates clearly with team.
