Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and perform technical work ensuring the community meetsGreystar standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will handle resident service requests, manage make-ready tasks, and supervise contractors to uphold quality and efficiency.

The role requires HVAC/equipment knowledge, tool proficiency, and strong customer service. A valid driver’s license and EPA certifications may be needed.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED or related experience and training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Must provide own hand tools unless prohibited by state law.
• Able to read, write and communicate effectively for multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient with internet, word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to and close work orders from residents and perform routine upkeep.
• Oversee make-ready processes, inspections, and vendor scheduling.
• Develop standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds and buildings.
• Inspect work by team members and contractors for quality and safety.
• Assist in budgeting for repairs, maintenance, and capital projects.
