Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Stone Pointe in Woodbridge, VA. The role oversees and performs technical and mechanical work to keep buildings, grounds, and amenities clean, safe, and functional.

You will diagnose defects, complete resident work orders, and supervise make-ready inspections and vendor coordination. Strong knowledge of safety standards, tool handling, and customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Ability to apply principles of logical thinking to define and correct problems.
• Proficiency in customer service and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists and completes work orders generated from resident requests.
• Oversees make-ready process for vacant units and coordinates vendors.
• Maintains inventory of maintenance supplies and tools.
• Conducts safety meetings and ensures compliance with OSHA and safety standards.
• Supports budget development for repairs and capital projects.
