Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Woodbridge Station in Woodbridge, VA. This role performs technical and mechanical work to maintain buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas to Greystar standards, ensuring safety and functionality.

Key tasks include completing work orders, making-ready vacant units, inventory management, and documenting service activities. The position requires EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license, with physical ability for

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 & II or Universal refrigerant recovery certification required.
• State and local jurisdiction certifications as required for all technicians.
• Must have a valid driver’s license to operate golf carts on property where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair defects on the property per policy and safety standards.
• Complete make-ready tasks to prepare vacants for leasing, including punch lists and coordinating vendors.
• Track inventory and materials, and log maintenance work for documentation and reporting.
• Conduct routine property inspections to identify safety and risk concerns and communicate needs to management.
• Assist with grounds upkeep, cleaning, painting, and basic maintenance tasks as needed.
