Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Supervisor in Alta Uptown, Chandler, AZ to oversee maintenance operations, complete resident service requests, and ensure high-quality property standards. The role includes managing make-ready work, coordinating vendors, and upholding safety and compliance across grounds and buildings.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong customer service skills, and experience in property management maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training.
• Proficiency in customer service and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively for internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs; property management system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists and completes work orders from resident requests and routine upkeep.
• Oversees and completes the make-ready process for vacant homes including inspections and scheduling trades.
• Maintains standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds, exteriors, interiors, and common areas.
• Inspects work by team members and contractors to ensure quality and compliance.
• Manages inventory and works with the Community Manager on budget and supplies.
