Qualifications

• Proficiency in customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to apply principles of logical thinking to define and correct problems.

• Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete work orders from residents; diagnose and repair maintenance issues.
• Oversee and complete the make-ready process for vacant units; schedule vendors and inspect work.
• Develop standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds, interiors, and common areas.
• Periodically inspect work by service staff to assess policy effectiveness and take corrective action.
• Inspect work by contractors to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and assist in budgeting and cost controls.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and ensure OSHA and MSDS compliance.
