Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee make-ready process for vacant units, schedule vendors, and complete tasks.
• Maintain grounds, exteriors, and common areas to Greystar standards.
• Inspect coworker work and contractors to ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Manage maintenance inventory and assist with budget planning.
