Qualifikationen

• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Incumbents must provide own hand tools and use them safely.
• Ability to apply logical thinking to diagnose problems and fix them.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating for management interactions.
• Familiarity with MS Office and property management systems preferred.

Aufgaben

• Oversee and perform maintenance work orders from residents and routine site upkeep.
• Manage the make-ready process for vacant units, inspections, and punch lists.
• Schedule vendors, procure supplies, and monitor quality and compliance.
• Support budget development for repairs and capital projects.
• Conduct safety meetings and ensure OSHA compliance and MSDS availability.
• Provide courteous service to residents and respond to maintenance inquiries.
