Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Las Vegas is seeking a Maintenance Technician, Multifamily to prepare make-ready apartments, respond to resident requests, and deliver superior on-site service. The role covers plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting, grounds keeping, and safety compliance.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent, 1+ year of related experience, a valid driver's license, EPA 608 Type II, and a CPO or local city certificate.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school.
• 1+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepares make ready apartments, including painting, carpet repairs, cleaning, general repairs, housekeeping duties.
• Responds to resident requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintains plumbing, HVAC, basic electric, carpentry, painting, and snow removal.
• Maintains grounds, pools/hot tubs, common areas, and dog park amenities.
• On-call scheduling may be required for after-hours emergencies.
• Reports maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Performs maintenance as scheduled by the Maintenance supervisor.
• Knowledge of state, local, and federal fair housing laws.
• Attends required training programs.
• Delivers superior customer service and represents the company professionally.
• Dresses per uniform and appearance standards.
• Maintains safety procedures and safeguards tools and equipment.
• Ensures reliable on-site attendance and timely reports.
