Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for multifamily properties in Las Vegas. You will oversee preparation of apartments, respond to resident requests, and supervise routine maintenance tasks across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general carpentry.

A strong emphasis on safety and timely service is required. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, EPA 608 Type II or CPO certification, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• EPA 608 Type II or CPO certification required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to perform basic math and understand measurements.
• Knowledge of safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare market-ready apartments including painting and cleaning.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of maintenance functions (plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, painting).
• Perform preventative maintenance and schedule tasks.
• Attend training and ensure compliance with housing laws and codes.
