Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician, Multifamily, to assist with operations, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on our properties. You will perform make-ready tasks, respond to resident requests, and maintain grounds and common areas to ensure safety and quality.

On-call duties may be required; candidates should have HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry skills, and knowledge of fair housing laws.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational schooling.
• Ability to read and understand safety rules and operating instructions.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepares make-ready apartments and performs general repairs.
• Responds to resident requests promptly and professionally.
• Performs maintenance tasks in plumbing, HVAC, basic electrical, carpentry, painting and snow removal as needed.
• Maintains grounds, pools, common areas, and safety of facilities.
