ConcordRENTS in Florida is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to service affordable and market-rate multifamily communities. You will perform routine and preventive maintenance, respond to work orders, complete apartment turns, and strive to keep units and common areas safe, functional, and inviting.

Requirements include basic mechanical knowledge, a High School Diploma or GED, and EPA/CPO certifications or the ability to obtain them within six months.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required.
• Requires basic mechanical knowledge.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification may be required; EPA certification may be required and must be provided or obtained within six months of hire to obtain the required certifications.
• Ability to speak, read and write English for safety and productivity reasons.
• Prefer over one year of experience to be fully familiar with required techniques, equipment, and work routines.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents that results in high resident satisfaction and retention.
• Respond to service requests and perform routine maintenance and repairs in apartments and facilities.
• Complete apartment unit turns (make-readies) including inspections, repairs, painting, and preparing units for new residents.
• Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled inspections (HVAC, detectors, appliances, etc.).
• Maintain community grounds, buildings, and common areas; address maintenance issues and keep areas clean and orderly.
• Assist with maintenance operations and resident support including moving appliances and issuing keys.
• Adhere to maintenance processes by closing service requests in the PM system and documenting inspections.
• Participate in on-call duty for evenings and weekends as required.
