Job summary

ConcordRENTS is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our Florida communities. You will perform repairs, routine maintenance, and prepare apartments for new residents, ensuring safety and quality standards.

Applicants should have basic mechanical skills, strong customer service, and the ability to work independently. EPA/CPO certifications may be required or provided during onboarding.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic mechanical knowledge is required.
• CPO and EPA certifications may be required or provided after hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional resident service and maintain high resident satisfaction and retention.
• Respond to service requests and perform routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances).
• Complete apartment turns, inspect vacated units, and prepare for new residents.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspect systems (HVAC, smoke detectors, appliances).
• Maintain community grounds and amenities, including irrigation and pool (if applicable).
• Participate in on-call duty evenings and weekends as required.
