Job summary

ConcordRENTS is seeking a Maintenance Technician to upkeep multifamily communities across Florida. You will perform repairs, preventive maintenance, unit turns, and curb-appeal work to ensure high resident satisfaction.

The role requires basic mechanical knowledge, English fluency, and a valid CPO/EPA certification path with company training if needed. You will handle plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks, coordinate landscaping and irrigation, and assist residents with

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required.
• Requires basic mechanical knowledge.
• CPO certification may be required to service pools; EPA certification (Universal or Type I & II) required within 6 months of hire.
• Ability to speak, read and write English for safety and productivity reasons.
• Prefer over one year of experience in maintenance or related work.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and maintain high resident satisfaction.
• Respond to service requests and perform routine maintenance and repairs in apartment homes and facilities.
• Complete apartment turns by pre-move out inspections and preparing units for new residents.
• Perform preventative maintenance such as HVAC checks and smoke detector testing.
• Maintain community grounds, buildings, and common areas; address landscaping and irrigation issues.
• Assist with maintenance operations and resident support, including moving appliances and issuing keys.
• Adhere to maintenance processes and close service requests in the system.
• Participate in on-call duty for evenings and weekends as required.
