Job summary

ConcordRENTS - Concord Management is seeking a maintenance technician to service multifamily communities in Florida. You will perform repairs, painting, and basic construction tasks to keep apartments and common areas in top condition.

Strong customer service and reliability are essential to support our residents and teams. The role requires basic mechanical knowledge, a high school diploma or GED, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Requires basic mechanical knowledge.
• Ability to speak, read and write English for safety and productivity reasons.
• Prefer over one year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain amenities and apartment interiors, including preparing homes for new residents.
• Perform routine repairs across painting, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair and carpentry as assigned.
• Inspect and troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance issues escalated for specialized attention.
• Ensure property grounds are clean and well‑maintained, including exterior surfaces and common areas.
