Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• College courses or technical training preferred with relevant trade certifications/licenses.
• Project management experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee a team of maintenance technicians, roads and grounds personnel, and work order staff.
• Oversee maintenance quality across multiple trades including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and more.
• Coordinate safety training and enforce OSHA compliance.
