Responsibilities

• Provide management oversight across daily operations, financial reporting, procurement, and performance management for a maintenance team.
• Direct grounds and landscaping to meet curb appeal standards across properties.
• Oversee maintenance work across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, doors, and more; ensure quality and compliance.
• Train and supervise staff on safety practices and PPE usage.
