Job summary

Balfour Beatty Communities is seeking a Maintenance Manager to supervise a team of maintenance technicians and grounds staff at a Savannah residential community. You will manage daily operations, coordinate work orders, ensure quality and safety, and drive service excellence across facilities and grounds.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and hands-on trades knowledge. You will collaborate with environmental and safety teams to protect residents and property while upholding

Qualifications

• Minimum three years in property maintenance or management.
• Experience supervising maintenance teams and coordinating multiple tasks.
• Strong safety and regulatory knowledge, including OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance technicians and grounds staff across multiple functions.
• Coordinate work orders, track response times and quality of work.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and Fair Housing requirements.
• Train and supervise staff on safety practices and procedures.
• Manage procurement of maintenance supplies and inventories.
• Prepare reports on maintenance performance and metrics.
