Job summary

Serrato Corporation is seeking a Residential Advisor Supervisor to plan, supervise, and coordinate dormitory operations on a 24/7 schedule. You will lead student staff, train RAs, and ensure the safety and welfare of residents while maintaining accurate records and coordinating with safety and other departments.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, plus experience in residential living settings.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Power Point, Outlook, and Excel.
• Computer literacy with basic computer functions, email, internet, and basic programs such as Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to develop and maintain professional and collaborative relationships with students.
• High level of communication, interpersonal, organization, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of residential living and dormitory procedures and practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate residential living operations across shifts.
• Schedule work assignments and evaluate RA performance.
• Provide training to RAs and maintain student records.
• Ensure dormitory areas are safe, clean, and properly logged.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with other departments as needed.
• Establish strong rapport with students to support employability and development.
