Job summary

Serrato Corporation is seeking an on-call Residential Advisor to provide substitute and call-in support for the Dormitory Program. The role requires flexibility to work any shift, day or night, in a 24/7 operation, and to ensure safe, clean living conditions and timely repairs.

You will supervise cafeteria, laundry, activities, connect with counselors and staff, maintain logs and case notes, and help train student leaders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Basic computer literacy and email/internet skills.
• Ability to guide and support students.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of residential living procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide substitute/call-in residential advisor services.
• Supervise cafeteria, laundry, activities as scheduled.
• Communicate with counselors, instructors, staff.
• Maintain safety and secure dorm environment.
• Submit time sheets and maintain logs.
• Assist and train student leaders.
• Follow all policies and procedures.
