Job summary

Serrato Corporation is hiring for an on-call paraprofessional to support the Dormitory Program. You will work shifts as needed to ensure 24/7 coverage and provide guidance to students.

Responsibilities include supervising daily activities, maintaining cleanliness, handling repairs requests, and logging activities. Ideal candidates have at least one year working with youth, strong communication skills, and a valid state driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred.
• Experience with youth or related training preferred.
• Ability to guide and support students and communicate effectively.
• Knowledge of residential living and dormitory procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide substitute/call-in residential advisor services.
• Supervise cafeteria, laundry, activities, and program areas.
• Maintain safety, secure buildings, and discipline in dorms.
• Document activity, case notes, and CIS entries accurately.
• Transport students to activities and events as needed.
