Job summary

Serrato Corporation seeks a Residential Advisor to plan, supervise, and coordinate residential living operations across a 24/7 schedule. You will guide RA staff, maintain dormitory safety, and support student development and accountability.

Responsibilities include training RAs, scheduling assignments, and ensuring accurate records. A related Associate's degree and two years’ experience are preferred; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in a human services field or related experience.
• Two years of residential advising or supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid State Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate residential living operations across shifts.
• Direct and evaluate Resident Advisors (RAs).
• Maintain dormitory logs, safety, and cleanliness.
• Provide RA training and orientation.
• Ensure student accountability and support student development.
