Straight and Narrow is seeking a Residential Life Associate (Per Diem) to supervise clients in a structured treatment setting across Passaic/Paterson/Secaucus programs. This awake position supports safety, routines, and the recovery process in collaboration with clinical and administrative staff.

Responsibilities include rounds, behavior documentation, and maintaining a safe, clean facility, with shifts from 8:00am to 4:00pm, 4:00pm to 12:00am, or 12:00am to 8:00am. Hourly pay is $17.00–$18.00.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct supervision and support to clients at all times
• Maintain high visibility in client areas to provide structure and supervision
• Assist/supervise clients in maintaining the safety and cleanliness of the facility
• Assist clients in attaining internal structure by strictly following established schedule
• Know the names of all clients on the unit and their room assignments
• Document client behavior utilizing the Electronic Health Record System (EHR) in accordance with funding sources and Medicaid protocols
• Complete, document and ensure the completion of client rounds at least every 30 minutes and verify the presence of all clients listed on the roster
• Remain on shift as awake staff and ensure a safe, disciplined environment in collaboration with the clinical team
