Catholic Charities-Straight& Narrow Inc (SN) is seeking a part-time Residential Life Associate to supervise clients in a structured treatment environment across multiple programs in Passaic/Paterson/Secaucus. The role includes safety rounds, documentation in EHR, and adherence to clinical, medical, and administrative policies.

Shifts vary from 8:00am to 12:00am with competitive hourly pay. Candidates should be detail-oriented, compassionate, and capable of maintaining a safe, therapeutic

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required with social services experience.
• CADC/Recovery Specialist training or progress toward certification preferred.
• Proficient computer skills and Microsoft Office; knowledge of EHR required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct supervision and support to clients in a structured treatment setting.
• Maintain visibility in client areas to ensure safety, structure and supervision.
• Document client behavior and rounds in EHR; follow Medicaid and funding requirements.
• Escort and transport clients as needed; ensure security and order within the facility.
• Maintain clean, organized common and client areas and comply with policies and procedures.
