Straight and Narrow, headquartered in Paterson, NJ, seeks a Residential Life Associate (Per Diem) for on-call shifts at our Paterson/Passaic/Secaucus locations. Qualifications

• High school Diploma / GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification required or obtained within 30 days.
• Experience in social services or health field preferred.
• CADC/Recovery Specialist training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and support to clients at all times.
• Maintain high visibility to provide structure and supervision.
• Document client behavior in the EHR per policies.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and order in the facility.
• Escort and monitor clients during transport and appointments.
• Complete incident reports and shift change duties.
