The position focuses on housing records, maintenance documentation, and coordinating with Facilities Services to address issues while supervising student staff and ensuring a welcoming living

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in higher education, facilities management, operations, or community development preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to handle emergencies calmly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housing assignments, move-ins, and move-outs with Housing Operations.
• Document maintenance requests, incident reports, and records.
• Ensure compliance with university policies and federal housing regulations.
• Prepare reports on occupancy, maintenance issues, and metrics.
• Coordinate with Facilities Services to resolve facility issues and conduct inspections.
• Supervise student workers and train Resident Assistants.
