Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant for the 909 Flats property in Nashville. You will coordinate rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals, while delivering exceptional service to prospective and current residents.

This full-time role requires Saturdays and a four-weekday schedule and offers a competitive hourly rate with bonus opportunities, plus a robust benefits package designed to support your wellbeing and professional growth.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and client satisfaction.
• Tour property and convert traffic into scheduled appointments for tours.
• Prepare lease documents and move-in paperwork.
• Maintain accurate traffic and renewal records.
