Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed occupancy goals by guiding tours and following up with leads.
• Schedule tours, show apartments and process applications.
• Handle background checks and determine housing program eligibility.
• Provide excellent resident service and foster positive relations.
• Complete monthly pricing analyses for competitive pricing.
• Attend required trainings and participate in on-site team activities.
