A full-service property management company is seeking an energetic Leasing Consultant to provide excellent customer service and manage leasing activities at a residential property in Minnesota. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and at least two years of leasing experience, demonstrating strong communication skills and teamwork. Responsibilities include welcoming prospects, managing leads, ensuring high maintenance standards, and addressing resident concerns. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• At least two years of leasing experience preferred.
• Previous customer service experience, leasing and/or sales experience preferred.
• Must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work well in a team setting.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and tour prospects, determine wants and needs.
• Proactively manage leads and complete all leasing paperwork.
• Ensure all maintenance repairs are handled satisfactorily.
