Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Consultant for our Minnesota communities. You will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals, tour prospects, process applications, and prepare leases to ensure smooth move-ins and renewals.

You'll stay informed about market conditions, implement short- and long-term marketing plans, and maintain show units and office readiness. Strong communication and customer-service skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and resident relations.
• Ability to conduct property tours and screen applicants.
• Knowledge of local market conditions and occupancy trends.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales/leasing activities to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Conduct tours, process applications, run credit/background checks, prepare leases.
• Ensure move-in readiness and coordinate with maintenance for unit readiness.
• Support lease renewals by preparing renewal letters and packages.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to maximize satisfaction and renewals.
