You will greet prospects, show units, process applications, and coordinate move-ins and renewals on-site. The position requires strong customer service and/or sales experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a commitment to resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in working in customer service and/or sales.
• Knowledge of professional business discipline.

Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify, show and close prospective residents.
• Invite prospects to tour and record leasing activity.
• Prepare move-in packages and lease paperwork; review and sign leases.
• Promote resident retention and upsell rent-related items.
• Accept rental payments and handle service requests with staff coordination.
