Bader is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Granite Peaks, Granite Ridge, and Lux in the Twin Cities. The role involves responding to inquiries, presenting properties, and guiding applicants through the leasing process, delivering exceptional customer service to prospects and residents.

As a full-time position with benefits, you will participate in community events, marketing efforts, and outreach to support occupancy goals and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• 1 year of leasing/property management preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, website, social media, and walk-ins.
• Generate and follow up on leads to schedule tours and lease applications.
• Conduct personalized apartment and community tours highlighting features and pricing.
• Guide prospects through the application, screening, approval, and lease process.
• Maintain knowledge of market conditions, competition, rates, and amenities.
• Help achieve leasing, occupancy, and renewal goals set by management.
• Support resident retention and renewal efforts.
