Job summary

Real Estate Equities is seeking a Leasing Agent in Rosemount, MN to lease apartments, maintain competitive occupancy, and deliver exceptional resident service. The role requires 1-3 years of leasing or related sales experience and familiarity with leasing software.

The position offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus, hourly pay between $20.00 and $22.00, and opportunities for renewals and bonuses. Schedule is Tuesday–Saturday during peak leasing season; on-site work with a supportive onsite team.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years previous leasing or related sales experience.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws is helpful.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed occupancy targets by maximizing occupancy.
• Create a positive prospect experience and engage leads.
• Schedule tours and show apartments to prospects.
• Respond to leasing inquiries via email where applicable.
• Process background checks and verify eligibility for housing programs.
• Process resident applications and collect needed paperwork.
• Perform monthly pricing analysis of competitive properties for pricing/promotions.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and applicants.
