Job summary

Affinity Property Management, LLC. is hiring a Leasing Consultant for in-person work at two multi-family properties in Eugene, OR. The role requires a friendly, sales-minded professional who can manage tours, leases, and resident relations while coordinating with the Property Manager.

The position offers a full-time schedule, competitive hourly pay, and a benefits package including medical/dental insurance, 401k enrollment, and paid time off. Expect 8 holidays and a structured training plan.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service and sales experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain professional conduct in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Advertise and promote the property to prospective residents.
• Provide tours to prospective and current residents.
• Complete full cycle lease process with prospective residents.
• Utilize lead management software and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure timely collection of rent and other ancillary revenue.
