Job summary

Affinity Property Management - OR is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our in-person team across two apartment communities in Eugene, OR. You’ll manage leasing processes, tours, and resident relations from our office, with a Tuesday–Saturday schedule from 8:00am to 5:00pm, reporting to the Property Manager.

The role offers competitive hourly pay of $20.00 with leasing/renewal commissions and a comprehensive benefits package including medical and dental insurance at no cost to you, 401k

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service and sales experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Advertise and promote the property.
• Utilize property management software for lead management.
• Provide tours to prospective and current residents.
• Complete full-cycle lease process with prospective residents.
• Ensure compliance with renter’s insurance.
• Maintain resident occupancy of 95%.
• Ensure timely rent collection and other revenue.
