Affinity Property Management - OR is seeking a Leasing Consultant at Pacific Village Apartments in Springfield, OR. This full-time, non-exempt role runs Tue-Sat 9:00am-6:00pm and reports to the Property Manager. You will handle tours, lead management, and full-cycle leasing with prospective residents.

You’ll enjoy a competitive hourly rate, leasing commissions, renewal commissions, and rent discounts, plus comprehensive benefits including health, 401k, PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of customer service and sales experience.
• Reliable transportation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Demonstrates teamwork, communication skills, multi-tasking and professional development.

Responsabilités

• Advertise and promote the property.
• Use industry software for lead management.
• Provide tours to prospective and current residents.
• Complete full-cycle lease process with prospective residents.
• Ensure compliance with renter’s insurance.
• Maintain resident occupancy around 95%.
• Ensure timely collection of rent and ancillary revenue.
• Other duties as assigned by the Property Manager.
