Affinity Property Management Inc. is hiring a Leasing Consultant for Pacific Village in Springfield, OR. This full-time, on-site role requires 1+ year of customer service and sales experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to conduct property tours and manage the full lease process.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service and sales experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to conduct property tours and manage the full cycle lease process.

Responsibilities

• Advertise and promote the property.
• Provide tours to prospective and current residents.
• Complete full cycle lease process with prospective residents.
• Maintain renter’s insurance compliance and occupancy targets.
• Attend training and development seminars.
