Job summary

Affinity Property Management Inc. is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support two Eugene, OR communities. This in-person role reports to the Property Manager and offers a strong benefits package including health, dental, 401k, and paid time off.

You will manage leasing, renewals, and resident relations while ensuring occupancy targets and compliance with housing regulations. The schedule is Tue–Sat, 8:00am–5:00pm, with a competitive hourly pay of $22.00.

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in multi-family property management.
• Yardi Voyager and CRM experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Demonstrates teamwork, customer service, communication and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Advertise and promote the property and units.
• Provide tours to prospective and current residents.
• Complete full cycle lease process with prospective residents.
• Maintain resident occupancy target (e.g., 95%).
• Assist Property Manager with delinquency processes and processing vendor invoices.
