Job summary

Pacific Village in Springfield, OR is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage tours, lease applications, and promote the property. This full‑time on‑site role follows a Tue–Sat schedule and requires strong customer service and sales experience to drive occupancy.

Responsibilities include advertising the property, guiding prospects, completing full‑cycle leases, and ensuring compliance with fair housing and insurance requirements. A positive, service‑oriented attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of customer service and sales experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide tours to prospective and current residents.
• Complete full cycle lease process with prospective residents.
• Advertise and promote the property.
• Utilize lead management software to track prospects.
• Attend training and development seminars.
• Ensure renter's insurance compliance and 95% occupancy.
