Job summary

Thrive Communities is seeking a leasing specialist in Bellevue, WA to drive leasing activities, greet prospective residents, and manage community operations. You will coordinate paperwork, conduct tours, and support the leasing team to achieve targets.

The role emphasizes sales, customer service, and accurate reporting in a fast-paced, on-site environment with strong growth opportunities and inclusive company culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in customer service
• 1+ year sales or leasing experience
• Basic computer skills to navigate software systems
• Familiarity with LIHTC, MFTE, Section 8 preferred
• Property management or similar industry experience a plus
• NALP or NAAEI credential a plus
• Yardi/CRM and OnSite experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Leasing: generates lease paperwork, shows community, and closes deals
• Resident relations: maintains positive customer relations and community care
• Marketing: manages ads and market awareness for the property
• Administrative: answers calls, files reports, and processes move-ins/outs
• General: supports Leasing Manager and career growth of the team
