Job summary

Thrive Communities is hiring for a Leasing position at our Bothell, WA communities. This full-time, 100% in-person role focuses on leasing, resident relations, marketing, and administrative duties to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction.

You will greet prospective residents, show units, process leases, and coordinate with maintenance. We seek candidates with 1+ year in customer service and leasing, strong communication, and basic computer skills; PM experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in customer service.
• 1+ year sales or leasing experience.
• Basic computer skills; ability to learn software systems.
• Prior property management experience is a plus.
• NALP Certification or other NAAEI credential is a plus.
• Yardi/CRM and OnSite experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leasing: generate lease paperwork, focus on sales and closing, train leasing team, greet residents, maintain tour path.
• Resident Relations: foster community, ensure positive relations, inspect property, manage move-outs as needed.
• Marketing: manage ads on Craigslist/Weblisters, monitor market trends, suggest improvements.
• Administrative: answer calls/emails, daily reports, file paperwork, proofread leases, process security deposits, handle service requests.
