Job summary

Thrive Communities in Seattle is seeking a dedicated Leasing Associate to drive leasing activity, maintain resident relations, and contribute to community marketing efforts. The role requires hands-on leasing duties, strong customer service, and collaboration with maintenance and management teams to deliver an exceptional resident experience.

In this 100% in-person position, you will handle paperwork, show units, respond to inquiries, and support daily operations while upholding Thrive’s values

Qualifications

• 1+ year working in customer service.
• 1+ year prior sales or leasing experience.
• Basic computer skills with the ability to learn/navigate software systems.
• Prior experience in property management or similar industry is a plus.
• NALP Certification, or other NAAEI credential, is a plus.
• Yardi/CRM and OnSite experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leasing: generates lease paperwork and other documents; focuses on sales and closing ratios; trains leasing team.
• Resident Relations: maintain positive customer relations; conduct property checks and report needs.
• Marketing: manage ads on listing services; monitor local market conditions and suggest improvements.
• Administrative: manage phone and email communications; update reports; file leases and paperwork; process security deposits and move-ins/outs.
• General: perform any additional duties as assigned by managers.
