Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure resident satisfaction.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and 1+ year of residential leasing experience, plus strong customer service and organizational skills. Must have a valid driver’s license and be proficient with Yardi Voyager and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of residential leasing experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Qualify prospective residents, lease apartments, prepare lease docs and move-in paperwork.
• Ensure model apartments are ready for tours and orient residents to the property.
• Process renewal paperwork and maintain confidential resident files.
