You will convert leads, conduct tours, follow up consistently, and manage CRM data, with weekend availability and a commission-eligible compensation.

Qualificações

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed leasing targets.
• Experience with CRM systems (Yardi/Entrata/RealPage) preferred.
• Strong follow-up discipline with multi-touch outreach.
• Ability to work weekends and peak leasing hours.

Responsabilidades

• Convert leads into leases via phone, online, and in-person interactions.
• Deliver high-impact tours to identify needs, create urgency, and close.
• Proactively follow up and nurture leads to maximize conversions.
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and competitors.
• Achieve leasing goals and occupancy targets.
• Support resident experience and CRM data accuracy.
• Handle lease paperwork and deposits; assist turnover processes.
