The position emphasizes move-ins/outs, renewals, and resident retention, with focus on occupancy and satisfaction. Flexibility to work weekends/holidays is required; prior Yardi experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Yardi experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of local rental market trends preferred.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Multilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, show apartments, and assist with the leasing process.
• Explain lease terms, community policies, and rental prices to potential tenants.
• Conduct property tours and highlight unique features and amenities.
• Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and other forms of communication.
• Maintain knowledge of property and market conditions.
• Follow Equal Housing Opportunity guidelines and company policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.
• Assist residents with move-in and move-out procedures.
• Prepare and process leasing paperwork and renewals.
• Review leads and follow-ups daily in Yardi.
