A venue5 Residential, LLC Career Center is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Charlotte. You will coordinate rentals, move-ins, and renewals, while engaging with prospective residents to achieve high occupancy and strong retention.

The role emphasizes customer service, property tours, and accurate lease documentation. You will manage move-in/out coordination with maintenance, process renewals, and maintain detailed traffic records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Leads generation, qualifying prospects, and preparing lease documentation.
• Ensure model apartments are tour-ready and orient residents to the property.
• Process renewal paperwork and manage move-in/move-out schedules with maintenance.
