Invitation Homes is seeking a Leasing Specialist to drive occupancy, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction across our communities. You will manage leads, show properties, negotiate leases, and ensure a seamless move-in process while delivering exceptional service to residents.

Requires a real estate license, strong leasing knowledge, and proven customer service skills. This is a full-time on-site role with potential weekend hours and a base salary around $50,000 plus monthly incentives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Active Real Estate license affiliated with Invitation Homes.
• Broad residential leasing knowledge.
• Proven customer service experience.
• Experience in property management or maintenance helpful.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication; conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Maintain awareness of home inventory, pricing, availability, lease expirations, market trends and competitor properties.
• Provide timely feedback to management on market conditions and customer sentiment.
• Facilitate leasing process by understanding resident needs and negotiating lease terms.
• Conduct in-person showings and promote lease enhancements.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with prospective, current, and former residents.
• Collaborate with market leadership to address resident needs and drive improvements.
• Review reports to identify workflow priorities and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage leads, appointments, and follow-ups to maintain an effective client pipeline.
• Conduct property tours, initiate new leases, and apply consultative sales techniques.
• Oversee lease negotiations, document signings, and move-in funds.
• May require work on holidays, weekends and/or evenings.
