Invitation Homes is seeking a Leasing Specialist in Charlotte, NC to drive occupancy, revenue growth and customer satisfaction. You will manage the leasing process from inquiry to move-in, ensuring interactions align with business goals while delivering a high-quality resident experience.

The role requires a Real Estate license, strong residential leasing knowledge and proven customer service skills. Expect in-person showings, goal-oriented negotiations and a supportive, fast-paced team

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Active Real Estate license affiliated with Invitation Homes as the designated brokerage.
• Broad residential leasing knowledge is expected.
• Proven experience in customer service is required.
• Experience in property management or maintenance is helpful.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to be at work on a regular and consistent basis including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain awareness of home inventory, pricing, availability and lease expirations.
• Conduct in-person showings and facilitate leasing process.
• Negotiate lease terms within guidelines and promote lease enhancements.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective, current and former residents.
• Manage leads, appointments and follow-ups to maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Perform property tours and initiate new leases; finalize signings and move-in funds.
